Charles R. Rogers

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
As a behavioral scientist and master certified health education specialist (MCHES®), Dr. Charles R. Rogers’ career has permitted him to study, partner with, and/or be a vociferous advocate for various underserved and socially vulnerable groups including community-dwelling older adult, African American, homeless, Somali, adolescent and young adult, Hispanic, rural, Indigenous, and sexual minority populations. Moreover, he is committed to developing novel approaches to reduce disparities in health and cancer that plague underrepresented and medically underserved communities.
As a leader of the cancer health disparities workforce, Dr. Rogers has shared his knowledge across North America, Jamaica, East Africa, Japan, and also via a number of venues including newspapers, radio stations, national conferences, minority health fairs, and television. Since he is passionate about paying it forward, Dr. Rogers has also received a number of awards acknowledging his servant leadership (e.g., 100 Most Influential Black Alumni at NC State University, 40 Under 40 Leader in Minority Health for 2021).
Dr. Rogers holds a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics (Accounting Minor) from North Carolina State University; MPH degree with a Public Health Administration and Policy concentration from the University of Minnesota; M.S. degree in Applied Statistics from Kennesaw State University; and a Ph.D. in Health Education from Texas A&M University.
Tiana N. Rogers

Chief Operating Officer & Social Impact Expert
Dr. Tiana N. Rogers specializes in helping impact investors and public and private entities leverage data to direct capital towards solving complex social problems. As a career scientist, she focuses on equity-centered research and expertise in early childhood education, homelessness, poverty, child welfare, higher education, faith-based communities, and public health. In addition to being a published author with teaching experience, Dr. Rogers is a “400 Years of Inequality” facilitator, dedicated to dismantling structural inequality and building strong, healthy communities.
Dr. Tiana is also an executive coach renowned for mentoring ambitious women seeking work-life integration. She is a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches – 2023 Forefront Leadership Cohort and has received multiple accolades, including the Visionary Leadership Award, Utah Business Magazine’s 2021 Inspirational Leader, University of Utah’s 2022 Career Champion, Girl Scouts of Utah’s 2022 Life Skills Girl Champion, and Top 50 Women Leaders of Utah for 2024. She is also a Forbes contributor.
Additionally, she consults with national and international organizations on strategic impact, data-driven decision making, program evaluation, and work-life integration. Dr. Rogers holds a Ph.D. in Human Services with a Social & Community Services Specialization, in addition to dual M.A. degrees in Criminal Justice and Human Service Leadership.
